Is this accommodation rented the entire apartment unit?

Nope. This accommodation is rented on rooms basis.

There are 3 or 4 rooms in the apartment unit. You will have your private room. However, you will share the dining area, bathroom and kitchen with other room guests.
Is there any FREE WiFi in the accommodation?

Yes. We provide FREE 100Mbps Fibre Broadband WiFi in the house. The credentials for you to connect to the FREE WiFi will be provided in the Self Check-in Guide.
What are the accommodation regulations I should know?
  1. Please keep all the common areas clean and tidy after use.
  2. Please keep your voice down in the house. Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
  3. Smoking is strictly disallowed in the house/room/bathroom/balcony. RM300 will be imposed should there be any violation.
  4. No pets allowed.
