Does this accommodation provide parking space on premise?

No. This accommodation does not provide parking space on premise.

However, the paid street parking space is right in front of and around the accommodation building. You may download "Penang Smart Parking" from the Play Store/App Store/HUAWEI AppGallery.

Monday - Saturday (8am - 6pm), RM0.40/half an hour. Sunday/Holiday is FREE.

You can choose "One Day Park", and the cost is RM6/day. Visit https://psp.penang.my/ for more info.
How do I check in the accommodation?

This is a self sheck-in accommodation. We will provide you with a Self Check-in Guide via WhatsApp/Email/ or any paths that could reach you once your reservation is confirmed.

The Self Check-in Guide contains all the necessary information you might need to check in yourself included the password to unlock the front door and your private room door.
What are the procedure to check in myself to the accommodation?
  1. Register yourself with the security guard at the main lobby.
  2. Enter the elevator and straight go to the assigned floor, then look for the assigned unit.
  3. And unlock the front door and your room door by using the password provided in the Self Check-in Guide.
